These terms cover use of the Alumbra Lighting project application (the “App”). Access is by invitation only, for our staff and for customers following their own projects.

Your account

• Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Use the App only for your business with Alumbra Lighting; don't try to access other customers' information.

Information in the App

Project status, dates and documents are provided to keep you informed. Quantities, prices and delivery dates are governed by your quote, purchase order and invoices; if anything differs, those documents control. Estimated dates depend on manufacturers and carriers and may change.

Availability

We work to keep the App available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may change or suspend features, or an account, at any time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Alumbra Lighting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Our obligations for products and services are those stated in your quotes, orders and invoices.
